Appointments:
Office appointments can be made by contacting me via phone or email. Please see the contact
page. Fee per session is $150.00 per 50 minute hour.
Group sessions must be prepaid every twelve weeks. Group fees vary depending on group but
the average fee per session (75-90 minutes) is $50.00-$60.00)
Internet consultations can be arranged. This can be done via email or via instant
messaging. I use Hushmail (www.hushmail.com) for these consultations to maximize confidentiality. To arrange a consultation please email me at drellis@drbarbaraellis.com and I will explain the process. Internet consultations are $125.00 per 45 minute session,
Fees
Fees must be paid prior to appointments. For those who are involved in on-going
therapy sessions, monthly prepayment of sessions will be granted a 10% fee reduction.
Home visits (possible for local clients only) begin at $150 per 45 minute hour.
School Consultation services begin at $150.00 + per hour. (additional travel charges may
apply)
Insurance:
Reimbursement for services from insurance is the responsibility of the consumer. Payment
in full in expected before each session. A bill will be provided to you to submit for your reimbursement. It is
important to know what your insurance company requires in terms of advanced notice, pre-certification, services covered, in
and out of network limits, and length of coverage.
