Welcome!

This website was developed to help consumers learn about my practice, about psychotherapy, and who and how it may help.

I have included a consumer section to educate visitors about a number of topics:  What is psychotherapy? What happens in a therapy session? How long does therapy last? What do I need to know about insurance and managed care?  Are there any exclusions to confidentiality?  Myths and Facts

If you have questions which you cannot find answers to here please feel free to contact me.
